Summit Gourmet Meats was established in August of 2006. We are a family owned and operated business. Previous to opening in Kamloops, we had a location in the Lower Mainland for 25 years and prior to that, a location on Vancouver Island for 4 years. Together with 3 family members and an additional 9 staff members, we have over 100 years of experience in the meat industry.
